First of all, I am a constant student. It is a passion of mine to absorb as much information as I can from industry leaders and motivation experts. Additionally, I love to get to know people. I find it fascinating to hear about a person’s passions and skills. It has been a privilege to be able to work with so many talented and driven industry professionals. With coaching, consulting and education I am able to share what has worked and what hasn’t worked for me in order to help pave an easier path for peers. I like to keep it real, honest and authentic. Through your private consultation call, I’ll be able to get to know where you are at in your career, and more importantly, where you want to go. Let’s get there together!

do i have to commit to a certain amount of time?

It’s your business and career, so you are in the driver seat. It’s always up to you how much work we complete together. After your free consultation call, I’ll quickly come up with an action plan including course and coaching options including how we can work together to achieve surpass your goals. We can customize a consulting plan as we work through a foundation course. From there, it’s up to you how often you want to work together. As an option to help guide growth and keep momentum, a monthly coaching option is available. If you’re interested in working together as needed, consulting hours are purchased in 3 hour increments and are good to use for 6 months!

Can we work on both technical hair training and business consulting at the same time?

Of course! Whether you are a stylist, suite owner or salon owner, my course options cover the full scope of building a badass business. If you’re interested in technical skill training such as a color class, we can definitely schedule that while still completing the business course and coaching program. I try to meet each consulting client “where they are at” in their professional journey. We can do a little bit of this and a little of that or go all in on a business overhaul.

How do I know that this is the right type of consulting that I need?

Over the past 8 years, I have worked with over 70 stylists, business owners, managers, branding consultants, hair stylists, hair colorists, and apprentices. I run my salon using proven methods to drive success, organization and profits. I’ve personally trained my team, in person, everyday. Teaching them how to go from an apprentice to a six-figure stylist in just two years has been hard work but inspiring. Through these trainings, I have been able to create custom training methods that cut down the time and increase motivation and success.

Aside from this being a business for me, consulting and coaching is my true passion. Whether within my own team, or with other industry professionals, sharing my experience to create growth and inspiration for others is the true goal and most rewarding part of my work.
